A Baby Shower or Mini-Wedding?

Baby Showers are becoming more and more like mini-weddings. There's the cake, the decor, the stationery, the gifts, the food, and let's not forget the guest list! It all adds up quickly! My clients, Erin & Daniel, wanted to give their little prince Mason a royal welcome. Check out pics from their shower!

Breaking All The Rules

On tonight's finale of Real Housewives of Atlanta, housewife Cynthia Bailey, wore a very non-traditional yet stunning platinum gown complimented by a cascading bouquet of white orchids. Since Cynthia is a supermodel, her high-fashion wedding gown was very appropriate. She proved it's okay to go against the norm and make your wedding day a true reflection of who you are. If you dare to be different, just do it in a way that makes sense. Love love love this dress! So Stylish, cHic, and modErn!

Hung with Love

Small details add big personality to your wedding day. Every wedding photographer takes the infamous picture of the wedding dress hanging. Why not capture this memory with an oh-so-cute and chic personalized hanger? You can even get one for each of your bridesmaids to hang their dresses and include it in your gift to them. Either way, for about $25, this keepsake is perfect!

Boy Meets Girl: Andrew & Amy

This adorable pair met at the University of Pittsburgh's Medical School. Amy is in her last year of medical school and Andrew is in his first year residency so you can just imagine how busy they are! I'm thoroughly enjoying the planning process with them. If Amy can't make an appointment, Andrew fills both bride and groom shoes AND she trusts his judgement. Not too many brides can do that. I love it!

This time next year, the doctor and future doctor will tie the knot in Pittsburgh at Calvary Episcopal Church followed by a fabulous fall-themed reception at the Sheraton Station Square. Christina Montemurro did a beautiful job capturing their sweet yet fun personalities during their engagement session on a typical, fall day at Frick Park.

I'm looking forward Amy & Andrew's big day next September! Thanks Christina for sharing!

Fresh, Fab, & Fall...Invitations

Fall is in the air...and it is my favorite season! There are so many little details that can make your fall wedding fresh and fabulous! Starting with the oh-so-important invitation. Depending on your style, use clean lines or leaf/branch details in spice orange, dark mocha, deep red, and warm mustard to set the tone and make a statement for your fall nuptials.
